Stretch out your creases from a day in the office with simple yoga based exercises (just come in your work clothes) and then relax with guided meditations.

These sessions will guide you through a series of easy to do exercises to bring you to a refreshed state of calm and balance; ready to face the busyness of Christmas with a well-being top up.
