Timing

You can arrive any time from 8 am onwards on your first day.  You can depart any time before 5 pm on your last day.

 

Duration

You can choose to stay for 2, 3 or 4 nights. If you are staying for less than 4 nights, please let us know upon which day you will be starting.

For any other arrangement, please call the office on 8379 9001.

 

Catering

This retreat will be self-catered. Breakfast will be self-serve, lunch and dinner will be on a shared roster basis. As many of our members are vegetarian, we ask that mostly vegetarian food is served so this option is available at every main meal.

 

You will need a current membership to make a booking

You must have a current membership to be able to complete the booking process. When asked, please logon using the email address that your members updates are sent to. If you can't remember your password, please click on the Forgot password link and follow the prompts. If you create a new account, then the system won't recognise you as a member. Thank you.

 

Prerequisites

Either attending or have completed Level 2 AND attended at least two public retreats;
Or if you haven't attended any of our Levels courses but have completed three public retreats then please call us on 8379 9001 to confirm eligibility.

 

 

Optional linen for standard rooms - contact the office at least two weeks before the retreat starts
If you would like to book linen for use in a standard room, please call or email Lifeflow reception at least two weeks before the retreat starts to place your order and finalise payment. Please note that the online booking system will process room bookings only, not linen orders. Linen is already included in all ensuite room bookings.
