Courses

Cancellations policy
It is your responsibility to attend the classes as scheduled.

If you cancel your booking five clear working days before the course starts, we will give you a full refund less a $25 admin fee. We cannot provide a refund after this time unless the course is cancelled.

State Public Holidays and School Holidays
Courses occasionally run over school holidays and on public holidays. Please check your availability at these times.

Cancelled courses
The Lifeflow Meditation Centre reserves the right to change course schedules, locations, fees and tutors when necessary and to cancel classes, without penalty, for reasons beyond our control. All attempts will be made to notify enrolled students of changes. Courses with low enrolments may be cancelled (fees will be refunded).

Weekend and 3-day retreats at Tara Hills

We realise that events and challenges can happen in your life after you have booked your retreat. Whilst we do our best to accommodate your changes there are times when this is not possible. Our retreat places are strictly limited and so we have adopted the following cancellations and refunds policy:

  • At least 14 days prior to the retreat start date we can offer a credit note less $25 admin fee (with a 12 month expiry) towards a future retreat subject to availability. Alternatively we can refund your payment less $100. 
  • Between 14 and 7 days we can either offer you a credit note less $150 (with a 12 month expiry) or a refund less $150.
  • For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the retreat we are not able to offer any refund or credit.
  • Lifeflow will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.

Lifeflow has adopted a Covid Plan to ensure that our retreats are comfortable and safe for all attendees. We request that if you are displaying cold or flu like symptoms prior to your retreat to contact our office immediately.

Booked on a retreat and COVID strikes? What do you do?

With the ever-present question of ‘Do I get a refund if I catch Covid?!’, we have adopted the following change to our retreat refund and cancellation policy. We have done this as a temporary measure to help you feel confident in booking a retreat ahead of time. 

If you test positive for COVID-19 within 7 days of the start date of your retreat and can show Lifeflow your positive PCR test, then we will refund your full payment less $150. This will apply to all of our residential retreats at Tara Hills and non-residential studio retreats.

Please get in touch with our office immediately if this happens to you.

 

7-day & Leadership retreats at Tara Hills

We realise that events and challenges can happen in your life after you have booked your retreat. Whilst we do our best to accommodate your changes there are times when this is not possible, particularly for our 7 day retreats which take a lot of forward preparation. Our retreat places are strictly limited and so we have adopted the following cancellations and refunds policy:

  • At least 28 days prior to the retreat start date we can offer a credit note less $25 admin fee (with a 12 month expiry) towards a future retreat subject to availability. Alternatively we can refund your payment less $150. 
  • Between 28 and 14 days we can either offer you a credit note less $200 (with a 12 month expiry) or a refund less $200.
  • For cancellations less than 14 days prior to the retreat we are not able to offer any refund or credit.
  • Lifeflow will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.

Studio retreats

  • 14 days prior to the retreat start date we can either offer you a credit note less $25 admin fee (with a 12 month expiry) or refund your payment less $75.
  • Between 14 and 7 days we can either offer you a credit note less $100 (with a 12 month expiry) or a refund less $100.
  • For cancellations less than 7 days prior to the retreat we are not able to offer any refund or credit.
  • Lifeflow will provide a full refund if we are unable to run the retreat for any reason.

Eligible concession cards

We would like everyone to enjoy the benefits of meditation and mindfulness and to do this we offer concession rates for the following people:

  • Health Care card (green) – see sample below / Low Income Health care card
  • Pensioner Concession card – see sample below
  • Full time student card

As a not for profit organisation we aim to deliver a high quality financially accessible service to all. Therefore we request that you demonstrate proof of your concession at the time of enrolling in your course/retreat to ensure your eligibility. A scanned copy can be emailed to info@lifeflow.com.au.
