What to expect now that you have booked
into a Lifeflow course:

Within a few minutes you should receive a couple of emails:

  • You should receive a Receipt / Tax Invoice. Please note that payments via credit card will show up on your statements as: Ezi*Lifeflow Meditat Frewville Au (or similar).
  • You should also receive an enrolment confirmation email. If you have booked into an online or live stream course this will include a Zoom link to join your sessions.
  • Depending on the type of booking and how it was processed (either online or via our Studio) you may receive several confirmation emails for the same course.

You may need to check your spam folder

If you don’t receive the above emails promptly please check your spam folder. The emails may come from Business185057@mindbodyonline.com or info@lifeflow.com.au.

To make life easier, we suggest adding the domains @mindbodyonline.com and @lifeflow.com.au to your safe senders list.

Bring a Friend discount

If you have booked in to a Learn to Meditate course with it’s unique “Bring a Friend – 10% discount”, please let us know the name, email, phone number and postal address of your friend. We need this information to add them to the class list, to ensure that they get reminder and class summary emails and so we can post them their copy of the Life in Balance book. 😊
