A crisis brings us face to face with the main purpose of meditation. This is to develop the ability to keep our minds calm in the heat of the moment.

DR GRAHAM WILLIAMS

“A crisis brings us face to face with the main purpose of meditation. This is to develop the ability to keep our minds calm in the heat of the moment. We are then more able to see clearly, feel deeply and respond skilfully.

When an event, like the recent bushfires, hits us out of the blue, we need all the resources we can muster to deal with it. And being able to be mentally and emotionally steady is such an important one.”

This is a wonderful chance for the Lifeflow community to say thank you and give back to the Nairne CFS. 100% of the proceeds from the event will go towards purchasing additional equipment that can be used in the field. They are currently looking at purchasing a thermal imaging camera and a positive pressure fan.

Additional donations will be accepted on the night and a raffle will also be held. Don’t forget to bring some extra gold coins for the raffle 😊
