Margie's yoga classes are bliss
Lifeflow yoga is fantastic – my back has never been better!
I looked forward to Lyall's yoga class each day on the retreat. His caring and nurturing teaching style helped me feel confident to work with my shoulder and lower back limitations. He offered alternative ways to do poses that I found too challenging. Fantastic!
