Which retreat is right for me?
In all meditation retreats you can learn to nurture yourself, restore a sense of balance and well-being, and open up to nature. Choose between Lite, Classic or Advanced – depending on your level of experience and inclination:
A restorative weekend with a lighter focus on meditation than the Classic Retreat. Includes guided relaxation sessions and time to yourself. Each Lite Retreat has themed practical sessions (eg food, art, music) with guest presenters. Perfect for beginners – no prior meditation or retreat experience is required. Experienced meditators will enjoy the opportunity to relax deeply with more time to themselves.
A great balance of deep relaxation, time to yourself plus benefiting from the guidance of highly trained Lifeflow teachers. Each retreat follows a particular theme around which the group theory and discussion classes are focused. Suitable for beginners or experienced meditators that would like to build their knowledge and retreat skills.
Everyone who has been on previous Lifeflow retreats will be familiar with this format.
For experienced meditators and retreat participants who are confident with greater self-guidance and wish to delve deeper into the theory and practices around different meditation themes.
Prerequisite applies: having attended at least one (preferably two) Classic Retreats
