How to cancel a scheduled membership payment

NOTE: This must be completed at least 24 hours before a scheduled payment is due to occur. Cancelling after this time may result in a payment being processed.

Logon to your profile page with your Lifeflow username and password.

Click on the My Info tab on the right.

Click on Account.

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen to the Autopays section. On the far right click on Terminate.

Click Ok to accept the cancellation of the Autopay.
