Easter 2020 online retreat - financial hardship application

Aside from the direct health impacts, we understand that COVID-19 has negatively impacted people from all walks of life. 

If you were in employment (or self employed) on 1 March 2020 and have either lost your job, been stood down or significantly had your hours reduced, you may apply for a specially discounted rate for the Easter online retreat.

Like many other organisations, Lifeflow has also been significantly negatively impacted by the virus, resulting in cancelling of classes, courses and retreats. So, we ask that you only complete this form if you are in genuine financial hardship as a result of the virus and that a reduced rate will make it possible for you to attend the online retreat.
