Often we’re given the messages that to engage fully in life means more of getting what you want, more achievement, more of anything. Maybe there is another way?
Even relationships can lose their spark. If you are feeling disconnected internally, then no amount of time with others can help heal that split. You may have an enviable life, but feel empty inside. If so, it’s time for a shift in orientation, for opening to deeper questions.
The question of love is central to meditation. What is it? How to cultivate it?
On this retreat you will have the time and the guidance to discover that you can redirect your energies from a ceaseless trying to be fulfilled, to being fulfilled in every moment. Opening to the richness of your inner experience, reconnecting with the core of your being, you can open to love. From here you can open to the wonder of the world around you, living each moment to the full.

Prerequisite for this retreat: prior completion of at least one Lifeflow retreat. Please note that due to the nature and content of this advanced retreat our Learn to Meditate and Levels courses (and third party retreats) do not qualify for eligibility to attend. Retreat fee includes
- Guidance throughout each day in retreat. There are normally 4–5 guided sessions per day: meditation, deep relaxation and Stretch and Breathe (gentle yoga).
- Retreat handout with a summary of the theory being presented.
- All meals are fully catered including snacks in between meals. We serve delicious, fresh, healthy vegetarian food. (If you have any special food requirements, eg gluten-free, lactose intolerance etc, please bring any additional items you may need; soy milk is provided.)
- All accommodation at Tara Hills Retreat Centre – choose from either an ensuite room (single or double) or a standard single room (with optional linen service).
- Highly qualified teachers are on every retreat – you can check your meditation and yoga experiences and get some guidance during the retreat.

Book early to secure a place in one of our beautiful ensuite rooms – private facilities, lovely north facing views across the valley.
Enjoy great comfort in our standard single rooms. Each room has a good quality single bed, storage cupboard, plus a heater and fan. The building is very well insulated, and is pleasant throughout the year.

No prior meditation, yoga or retreat experience is required to attend this retreat. You will be guided by a team of experienced teachers who can help answer any questions that may arise during the retreat. All meditation sessions are guided and there is a theory class each day to support the understanding of the practical sessions.
When you book into a retreat we’ll send you a map of directions to Tara Hills and a summary of what to bring. If you are staying in an ensuite room or a standard room with linen service, then you just need to bring some comfortable clothing and toiletries. If you are staying in a standard room with no linen service then please bring bedding as well. Everything else is provided.
