Welcome to the spring season of relaxation and rejuvenation with Lifeflow’s Refresh guided meditation sessions. Whether you’re looking to freshen up your meditation practice, get back into it, or manage your mind and emotions, our experienced meditation teachers are here to guide you on your journey.

Join us for four weekly 1-hour sessions, held in the peaceful Lifeflow studio or from the comfort of your own home via Livestream. Connect with like-minded individuals and deepen your feelings of calm and well-being as you let go of stress and find inner calm through guided meditation exercises

Single tickets
Call us on (08) 8379 9001 to purchase a single ticket. Payment also available in person before the class (please arrive 15 minutes early). For livestream attendance please book in the morning so we can send you the Zoom link.

Cancellations policy
It is your responsibility to attend the classes as scheduled.

4-class passes expire at the end of your course. (Current dates listed in Session Times section above). Any missed classes are not transferable. If you cancel your booking five clear working days before the course starts, we will give you a full refund less a $25 admin fee. We cannot provide a refund after this time unless the course is cancelled.

Single class passes purchased from Dec 2021 and prior to the 27 January 2021 can be used for any class during the four week course ending 27 January. Non-refundable.

Class ticket for 3 February session valid for that night only.
