What happens in a Refresh session?
Your session begins with your guide taking you through a physical relaxation exercise, so your body is loose and relaxed enough for your mind to do the rest.
You will then be led through a comprehensive meditation session which uses mindfulness techniques to completely relax and refresh your body and mind.

There are 5 session times in a week so you can choose the ones that suit your schedule. Spark your mind in the morning to have clarity and sharpen your focus throughout your day. Wind down in our contemporary studio after a busy day to release the stress and tension in your body.
