Riding the cycles in life

– personal growth in times of change

weekend retreat

6.30 pm Friday 24 June – 2 pm Sunday 26 June

Tara Hills Retreat Centre

classic

Are you going through a period of change and uncertainty, or perhaps faced with a big decision?

If you know that …

… change is needed or on its way … but you have no idea where to begin or how to respond!

This retreat will explore the states of transition that occur in your life as you move from one stage to another. This often involves letting go of everything you know or feel certain about and to open up to something completely new. It can be scary but worth the exploration!

Meditation and mindfulness provide tools to face the unknown—new circumstances—with strength and courage. It enables you to be open to the whole of your experience as a way to grow in your life. To grow means to change.

Using the calm and wisdom that meditation provides, you can learn to work skilfully with change, keep your balance through times of uncertainty and make decisions that align with your deepest values.

Here you discover that there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

Imagine this …

… letting go and relaxing in quiet and peaceful surroundings, birds, animals, big skies and stars, quiet walks, gentle yoga, deep relaxation, guided meditations, afternoon naps in your cosy room when you feel sleepy and delicious food without the dishes.

Space for you to enjoy the silence – no small talk required.

Knowing you will be looked after and everything will be taken care of.

Here’s what Suzie said after attending the recent April retreat …

‘A special and enriching experience, one of the most important things I have done for myself.’
