Refresh & Reboot for 2022

2-day non-residential retreat

9.30 am – 3.30 pm, Saturday 29 January – Sunday 30 January, Lifeflow Studio

Held at the Lifeflow City Studio + Livestream also available

Is it time to get out of summer holiday mode? Do you maybe kinda feel not quite ready?? This is normal at the best of times, let alone after the past couple of uncertain years.

Join us at this weekend studio retreat to help gather your energies and focus as we step forward into the new year with relaxation and calm!

This retreat is for you if you don’t want 2022 to be a repeat of every other year where you get way too busy, and your personal well-being is forgotten. You’ll find out what balance is to you, how to stay motivated and focused on what’s important to you from a meditation perspective, and make the changes that you want and stick to them.

If you are joining us in person, be completely looked after with everything taken care of including delicious vegetarian lunch and morning tea each day. Along with the retreat theory, there will be daily guided meditation sessions, gentle yoga classes and plenty of time for deep relaxation in the cool and calm Lifeflow city studio.

If you are joining us via Livestream you will receive advice beforehand on how to set up for your retreat at home. You’ll have access to all of the classes through each day so you don’t miss out on the essence of the retreat while joining remotely.

The retreat day will begin at 9:30 am, so you can still enjoy a bit of sleep-in if you need this. We will finish the retreat day at 3:30 pm giving you plenty of time to enjoy the late summer afternoon, continuing with informal retreat practices if your life allows this. Some previous retreat participants have booked local accommodation to continue their retreat experience away from home.

A great way to start 2022 fresh and ready for the new year!
