Ann came to Lifeflow as a mother of a young child curious to explore, develop and maintain the vibrant state she had experienced during regular yoga practice. Lifeflow provided this opportunity in a way that fitted with her busy family and work life. For Ann, finding Lifeflow literally on her doorstep was like discovering gold!  She found that incorporating meditation into her life within a supportive environment made learning this skill much easier.  Meditation also provided Ann with a framework to put into practice her long-held understanding that life is short, valuable and to be lived as fully as possible.  Spending time in nature, growing good food, cycling, swimming and travelling are other interests in her life.

Meditation has helped me enormously in sorting out priorities, simplifying my life and creating a quality of calm along with a dynamic and alert state of mind.
