Gretta Koch

Gretta began teaching with Lifeflow in 2005 following several years of study and meditation practice. She has completed a year-long retreat and undertakes regular retreat work. She loves teaching meditation theory and practice in the Learn to Meditate and Level 2 courses, weekend retreats, occasional workplace sessions, and assisting in the Teacher Training Program. Gretta is particularly interested in the adaptation of Buddhist meditation practices for Western cultures, having completed a PhD exploring this topic.

In Lifeflow meditation Gretta discovered a sustainable method for finding calm, balance and joy in life and she takes delight in sharing this with others.

Gretta also works as a Communications Officer and loves ethnographic research, writing, road trips, belly laughs and being in nature.

Meditation enables me to accept myself daily, to enjoy my senses fully and to value my experience more deeply.

Catherine Gasmier

Catherine Gasmier

Catherine joined the Lifeflow team in 2014. She has led guided meditation sessions for classes, retreats, corporate and community sessions and teachers the Learn to Meditate course. Catherine has run a commercial photography business since 1994 and has found the tool of meditation incomparable to enhancing creativity, managing the pressures of work life and finding a deep sense of wellbeing. She is also invaluable as the administrative coordinator for Lifeflow.

Ben Dollman

Ben has been a meditation practitioner for more than fifteen years and this experience has shaped his commitment to meditation being an integral part of life. In Ben’s work as a professional violinist and teacher he has been able to use many Lifeflow skills, and is passionate about helping people to enhance their own lives through meditation.
Ann Calvert

Ann Calvert

Ann joined the Lifeflow teaching team in 2000 after ten years’ meditation training, a year-long retreat and 20 years of yoga practice. She undertakes ongoing retreat work and professional development, particularly in the area of emotional wellbeing. Her current role as Lifeflow’s Executive Operations Manager provides her plenty of opportunity to put the teachings into practice.
