Josh van Konkelenberg

B.Mus. (Hons), Grad. Dip. Screen Composition, M.Mus.Perf, Ph.D.

Josh was introduced to meditation by Graham Williams, who also taught him piano as a teenager.  Now a professional musician, Josh remains fascinated by the richness of feeling that meditation brings to his life, and he uses meditation in his personal and work life to maintain calm and sharpen his concentration.

In 2019 he undertook a year-long retreat that profoundly changed his outlook and approach to life.  He is particularly grateful for a practice that is grounded in the rich heritage of Buddhism and that is also adapted to contemporary life. Helping others find their own meditative practise has become a passion for him since he began teaching in the same year.

Josh is the Artistic Director of Co-Opera, and teaches organ and improvisation.  In his spare time he enjoys cooking, reading, and going to the gym.

I am particularly grateful for a practice that is grounded in the rich heritage of Buddhism and that is also adapted to contemporary life.

Ian Nuberg

Ian has regularly practiced meditation since 1973 studying in both Indian and Tibetan traditions including a year retreat in 1980. He has been an active member of Lifeflow since 1999 and a meditation teacher since 2009. He also lectures and researches in agricultural science at the University of Adelaide.

Ben has been a meditation practitioner for more than fifteen years and this experience has shaped his commitment to meditation being an integral part of life. In Ben’s work as a professional violinist and teacher he has been able to use many Lifeflow skills, and is passionate about helping people to enhance their own lives through meditation.
