Lisa first met meditation in 1990, established a dedicated practice in the late 1990s, and began teaching at Lifeflow in 2009. In 2014 she completed a one-year retreat based at the Tara Hills Retreat Centre.
Lisa currently teaches the Learn to Meditate and Level 2 courses, runs weekend and 7-day retreats, and provides workplace training and guided meditation sessions. In addition to her meditation teaching, Lisa teaches piano, edits Lifeflow’s Insight Newsletter, and is writing and researching in the fields of yoga-tantra and political philosophy.
Lisa also loves walking in the Mt Lofty Ranges, gardening, playing the piano, and being with close friends and family.
I love guiding meditations and sharing the pleasures and surprises of this experience. Helping people to integrate meditation into very busy, challenging lives is a privilege.
